I tried to contact you today to tell you to please stop sending me weekly SMS spam about your bonus program.
So I logged into your 'My Vodafone' site and filled our your absurdly long contact form. But I wonder why I have to enter a password to get in contact with you? And why is this a different password than the one I supplied when logging into your site in the first place? Are you trying to prevent your customers from writing you? Because I can call if that's more convenient to you.
Also, when I submitted the form, your server showed me an unstyled 500 page. What's up with that?
Also, that form's mode is GET. That means, when I submit it, my password is displayed in my URL bar. We stopped doing that in the 90s. Please hire some new engineers.
Thanks
Hannes
